Specializing in upscale custom homes,  S7D has become known for it's attention to fine details as well as customer oriented systems.    Old World, Country French, European, Acadian, West Indies, Southern California or traditional South LA homes are all styles and decors that exists in our portfolio.

When building a new home, few people realize just how complicated it is to build until they find themselves lost in a maze of design options, building codes and an endless array of product and material selections. Tom Guerin (S7D builder) simplifies this process by guiding the client each step of the way from concept to move in.  He seeks to create a collaborative environment that welcomes client participation. This approach helps to ensure that projects are completed within the pre-scheduled construction timelines.  Brian Guerin (S7D's Project Manager) works in conjunction with clients to help support the completion of project details.

Once construction begins, Tom and Brian are on site daily directing subcontractors to ensure expedient scheduling as well as to oversee that technical complexities of the design are executed properly. S7D management team has made a commitment to limit the number of homes built at any given time, in order to give as much personal attention to each project as possible. S7D uses a quality based theory for operations. This quality documentation system allows for fewer errors and enhanced communication for all new homeowners of both custom and spec homes. S7D's web-based format allows customers to follow their personal projects via the web.

As a part of our quality based protocol, S7D is using Customer Feedback Records to track continuous improvement feedback ideas generated by customers. Customer references upon request.

Siegen 7 Developments, LLC (S7D) operates out of our most recently developed upscale office building located at 10343 Siegen Lane – Bldg 7A in Baton Rouge, LA. This building was created as a show place to feature new home construction materials such as wild pecan floors, slab granite, old beams, cypress cabinets & doors, special millwork (crown moulding), wood & clad windows, scored concrete finishes, accent lighting packages, surround sound & home automation security systems and a host of other unique items supplied by other networking vendors which are typically used in new home construction.

Each home is built in adherence to the building code guidelines set by the federal and state levels along with guidelines from the respective regional permitting office.  Homes are already under construction using the "NEW" Hurricane Windstorm Proposed Guidelines.
